The Town Market of Moyock is the place to buy local. All types of vendors on the lawn. We are excited to announce for the year 2016 we have opened the Town Market to all types of vendors and are including great events and entertainment at every event! Don't miss out!

After many request the Town Market is adding flea market, swap meet and yard/garage sale spaces to our traditional set-up that you are familiar with. This is a great opportunity for our shoppers and all types of vendors. Now, on any Town Market day, you may find local growers, producers, crafters, artisans, small businesses, independent consultants, individuals and the list goes on!

This specific market is incorporated into the Tulls Bay Maina Fest, there is going to be a lot going on including catfish tournmanet, cornhole tournament, live music, bounce house, bbq and more! To find out more info check out Tulls Bay Marina Fest on Facebook!

Vendor Fees & Rules

Vendor spaces are $25 per day on a first come first serve basis. Reservations to hold spaces will be paid in advance. Vendor space measures approximately 10'x 10' (space only) on lawn. Vendor must supply tables, tents and such.

The Market will open promptly at 12 PM Saturday, September 24, 2016. Set up begins at 11:00 AM. Vendors are expected to be completely set up no later than 11:45 AM.

• Vendors are expected to arrive on time and bring enough products for the entire market selling day. Vendors are expected to remain open for business until close of the market at 4 PM, at that time vendors are welcome to stay and remain set-up as long as they would like during the Marina Fest with no additional fees etc. Arriving late or leaving early without prior approval will result in a violation.

• Vendors not able to attend a reserved market day are expected to contact the Market Coordinator no later than the Friday before participation. Refunds will not be given if you miss an assigned day without prior notice.
• Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their vendor space before leaving for the day.
• Vendors are to provide their own signage, pricing and attractive displays including table coverings.
• Vendors found to be in violation of the regulations may be disqualified from participation without refund.

Non Profit Organizations:

Non-profit organizations may participate as a vendor on a first come first serve basis, at no charge. Items to be sold will require prior approval. Space location will be at the discretion of the market manger and planning personnel. Prior approval and scheduling is required at least one week in advance, space permitting.

Weather

There will be no market rain date. Rain or Shine. No Refunds. If extreme weather conditions exist, the best interests of both market vendors and patrons will be considered. All efforts will be made to inform both vendors and the public in a timely manner.

Liability Statement

Each vendor participating in the Town Market of Moyock shall be responsible for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or other damage that may occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, and employees, and hereby agrees to exonerate, hold harmless, indemnify and defend Town Market of Moyock, Image Advertising and the Tulls Bay Marina, its successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, suits or actions, judgments and costs, and attorneys fees which may arise or grow out of any injury or death of persons or damage to property in any manner connected with the vendor’s products, operations, or vending at the Market. Liability is the responsibility the vendor. Image Advertising, Tulls Bay Marina or the Town Market of Moyock assumes no risk by the acceptance of this agreement.

The Town Market of Moyock encourages All Local Area growers, producers, artisans, crafters, small businesses and non-profit organizations etc. to participate. The Town Market of Moyock does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other basis covered by local law.

By submitting payment and registering for a vendor space, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the Rules of the Market and understand these standards are required and quality is expected.
